Located on the border of Edenvale and Edenglen. This secure double storey house is opposite the Edenglen Spur and overlooks Horwood Farm a beautiful public park ideal for picnic's and long walks.

Van Reebeck Mall and Edenglen Shopping Centre where a Virgin Active is based and Woolworths. All within 5kms from South Road. There is also a corner cafe for convenient for those last minute shopping bits.

Surrounded with the security of other units but the privacy of its own entrance and surroundings. Undercover parking for this unit is just outside the lounge window. As one enters into this unit you can view the lounge, study area, kitchen nook and the entrance to the bedroom. This is a one bedroom unit with en-suite bathroom that has a shower. A very popular one with our tenants as it is never open for long. This unit is serviced once a week including washing and ironing. Water, lights, M-Net and electric fencing are all included in our rentals.
