Located on the upper deck of Jax Place, Studio 8 receives a lot
of light and is North East facing with a view of the trees that
line the avenues. The Studio is designed in an open layout with a
queen bed and en-suite bathroom with large shower. The studio is
equipped with a fully equipped kitchenette with a simplistic and
comfortable design - it's all you need. A work space has been
provided, just ideal for that month to month stay.
Monthly module rate is R8 480.00 for one person and R10
480.00* for a couple excluding, laundry service. We charge
an additional R 500.00 per person, per month for our laundry
service which is inclusive of washing and ironing. The rooms are
turned daily from Monday to Friday with a laundry service arranged
on a specific day.
