Located on the upper deck of Jax Place, Studio 9 receives a lot
of light and is North West facing with a view of a palm tree from
the kitchen window. This luxury designed unit is privately located
on the upper deck in the corner. The Studio is designed in an open
layout with a wooden teak queen bed and en-suite bathroom with
large shower. The studio is equipped with a fully equipped
kitchenette with a simplistic and comfortable design -. A large
work space has been provided, just ideal for that month to month
stay.
Monthly module rate is R8 480.00 for one person and R10
480.00* for a couple excluding, laundry service. We charge
an additional R 500.00 per person, per month for our laundry
service which is inclusive of washing and ironing. The rooms are
turned daily from Monday to Friday with a laundry service arranged
on a specific day.
