Thank you for ensuring your reservation is secured by a 50%
deposit on receipt of our confirmation and completed booking
form.
Please note that all reservations require a full
settlement before arrival as no guest will be
welcomed without receiving full payment. NO PAY
-NO STAY.
Guests will not be allowed to check in without proof of
full payment and ID book OR drivers licence.
Our check in times are from 12pm
midday, please advise if you require an early check-in and
we will see if the suite is available for you.
Our reception closes at 6pm, please advise
if you will be arriving later than 6pm so we may arrange
our night staff to assist you.
Check out is at 10am.
Breakfast is served from 6:30am -
9:30am daily, guests will be requested to confirm
their breakfast time preference when signing in at
reception and should they have any dietary requirements /
allergies please let us know via email & on
our booking form. This will also be noted at reception on your
check-in that we've received this notification.
Cancellation Policy:
- 100% cancellation fee will be charged for
bookings cancelled within 14 days of the booking
date.
- 50% cancellation fee will be charged for
bookings cancelled within 30 days prior to the booking
date.
- If a booking is paid for then shortened the same
cancellation policies apply.
- Should any discounted rates be awarded to
clients and we receive a cancellation - no refund will be
awarded on discounted rates.
- Kindly note if any refunds have to be made we retain the right
to refund clients within 30 days of the written cancelation
date.
