Monthly module rate from R12 980.00* (R432.00) for one person and R15 980.00* (R266 per day sharing) for a couple and R17 980.00 for a family (R199.00 per person sharing) complimentary laundry service for our longer term tenants booking more than 3 months with us.

Short term stays requiring laundry is an additional R200.00 per person, per week which is inclusive of washing and ironing. The rooms are turned between Monday to Friday with a laundry service arranged on a specific day.
