Greenstone shopping centre, Modderfontein, Isando, and Linbro Business Park are just a few areas we are centrally located to.
Jax Place offers secure on-site parking with a private entrance to each unit. An on-site laundry service is available with all rentals as an additional option, which is inclusive of washing and ironing. The units are turned daily from Monday to Friday, with a laundry service arranged on a specific day. Our service includes daily room cleaning, DSTV, free Wi-Fi, braai facilities, en-suite bathrooms, water and lights included, secure electronic fence surrounding the property and access through motor gates.
Clients who wish to simply relax after a hard day's work may catch their breath out on the deck or sit in the peaceful Zen garden area. Perhaps enjoy an evening braai later, this is possible with the braai area situated on the far side of the deck.

MGS Cottage and Apartment Rental offers fully furnished units on a minimum of 6 months rental and unfurnished units with a minimum of a 1-year lease.
With the correct notice, all tenants have the first option to renew, as we boast a variety of 52 units and a success rate of 88% + of our tenants renewing their leases with us.
